So I know its already the end of January (insane to me), but Happy New Year! If you follow my TikTok, I posted a video at the beginning of this month talking about how I went through a burn out in December. In short, I was talking about how no one tells you how quickly you get worn down when you are doing it all on your own. Of course I have support from friends and family, but I have a fulltime job while trying to get my self-published novels seen by the public.

Life is tiring for all of us but we have no idea what we are capable of until we try. I’ve been shocked by the support I’ve received since publishing last year. I knew that the process was going to be long, and I still beat myself up that I am not doing enough. But we work hard.

Some say, “new year, new me.” We should stay us, and continue to better ourselves.

I am writing my third book now, and I can tell you it is a sequel to “Blood in the Water.” I will keep you updated, releasing the title and the cover soon!
